As to compete with other motorcycles companies, the creative and production teams are always work hard to satisfy and improve their products. They offer many models of motorcycles with different features, designs and performance. As the motorcycles amateur, it is hardly to get rid of them. Having a motorcycle can experiences all kind of riding styles such as simple commuting, sport riding, cross-country day rides, transcontinental trips and so on. It is important to remind that the safety is the most important elements when you involve in those riding styles which has a certain danger level. In term of cost, a motorcycle is always more cost-effective than motorcar while it is important to be reminded as motorcycles are also more dangerous than motorcars.
Honda is the leader of motorcycles currently. It achievement can be seen in 1952 as it obtain almost 70% of total outcome among the motorcycles manufacturers. Although it has closed to upgrade the machine tool technology one year before it develops into public company, Honda has goes public in the Tokyo Stock Market within three years. It begins the motorcycles careers by buying the Meguro Motorcycles which is the king of four strokes in 1940’s.

History of Honda

1946, a middle-aged person has established an automobile engine service company comes to picture. Soichiro Honda, the founder of Honda Motor Company starts his careers in Art Shokai as a trainee. Perseverance always the main points for the famous persons succeed. Soichiro Honda’s capability of studying while working makes him established the Honda Technical Research Institute and even developed to Honda Motor Limited Company currently. Their first prototype engine was introduced at the following year, which is the legendary “chimney” engine. It is designed to reduce fuel consumption and raise power but it has been stopped from production as the lack of materials and equipment.
However, the failure didn’t hit the team’s enthusiasm and they start to work harder to recreate the engines. 1947, Honda launched its very first product, which is the Honda A-Type auxiliary bicycle engine. Two years later, the D-type auxiliary bicycle engine has its first appearance in the automobile engine world. Its name is Dream and used a powered belt conveyor which differs with the A-Type auxiliary bicycle engine. In the same year, Soichiro Honda continues his creating and producing works while Takeo Fuijsawa joins Honda to do the selling jobs. Their corporation brings up names of Honda in the automobile engine world.
In 1951, the Dream E-type 4-stroke engine comes in the world which was designed and tested by Kiyoshi Kawashima. Meanwhile, the Cub F-type was also introduced at the following year. After featuring the Dream and Benly, the management team has an idea to develop and expand their business among the world and American Honda Motor Company was established at 1959. After the R&D Centre has been separated, they launched the S360, T360, Belgium Honda, E300 Portable Generator, the first Honda small car – Honda 1300 and Dream CB750 Four in 1960’s. The team in Honda work hard and adhere to their dream as to create innovative products that enhance mobility and benefit society.
